Shipping policy

We currently ship across India. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
Delays may occur during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to courier/weather disruptions — we'll keep you informed if this affects your order.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link/number sent to your email or phone.

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Shipments

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery location after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus original shipping costs.

We currently do not ship outside India.
